Happiness is a topic that finally begins to get media attention. I always made Happiness at work and personal happiness a key topic for the healthy growth of people and organizations. Certainly, it is not always easy to understand why Happiness also at Work is important, but it is now proven by numerous studies and research that happy employees get better results, and the positive climate increases the effectiveness of organizations, and individual happiness helps the human being in his personal and professional growth.
In Italy, Happiness at Work has not been discussed for many years and there are still few professionals who deal with it. Last September I had the honour of representing my country at the International Happiness at Work Summit in Warsaw and experiencing first hand how much Poland is, also thanks to the work of Renata Kaluzna and Dorota Wierzbicka-Kot is growing on this topic in a way pragmatic and concrete, for the benefit of organizations. The event was also confirmed for 2020 as International Happiness at Work Summit & Fair also in Warsaw on 16th and 17th November, and I was asked again to participate as a speaker at the Summit and to hold one of the workshops on the second day.
Following my speech, I had the pleasure of being interviewed by the Polish journalist and writer, expert in psycho-cosmetology and psychophysical well-being, Tamara Gotowicka on the topic of Happiness and Happiness at Work. In the interview, entitled “Happiness also at Work – Luisa Tuzza on the concept of Happiness” we talk about coaching, the tools that can be used in the company to foster relationships and results, the attitude of Millennials in organizations and how much motivation and trust helps to be more effective at work.
